Red Beet Smoothie is a heavenly combination of healthy and juicy beetroot, carrot and apple. This recipe also uses refreshingly aromatic fresh lime juice, which makes it one of the best vegetable and fruit smoothie. To make this super healthy smoothie just blended it all up in a blender and then pressed it through a fine mesh strainer until I got all of the juice out.

Red Beet Smoothie | Vegetable Fruit Smoothie| Fibre Rich Beverage
Grated carrot – 1 medium
Grated beetroot – 1 small
Chopped apple – 1 medium
Water – 1 cup
Juice of one lemon
Salt to taste
- Put grated beetroot, carrot, chopped apple in a grinder with half cup of water.
- Blend everything until smooth.
- Then add remaining 1/2 cup of water and blend it again.
- Use a mesh strainer to strain smoothie into a container and add lemon juice, salt to taste.
- Pour smoothie into a glass and garnish with beetroot and carrot.
- Enjoy delicious and quick smoothie.
- If the smoothie looks thick you can add 1/4 cup more water.
