Watermelon – 3 cups chunks
Grated beetroot – 1 small
Juice of one lemon
Black salt to taste
- Put grated beetroot, watermelon chunks in a grinder.
- Blend everything until smooth.
- Use a mesh strainer to strain juice into a container and add lemon juice, black salt to taste.
- Pour juice into a glass and garnish with watermelon.
