I love this smoothie as it is a low cal low fat snack. Even my son drank it right up and it’s a great way to get a serving of fruit.

Strawberry Orange Smoothie

Strawberry Orange Juice Smoothie

Ingredients:

Fresh orange juice – 1 cup ( Juice of 4 oranges)
Chopped strawberries – 1 cup
Fresh crushed black pepper – 1/4 tsp (optional)

My Favorite Snack

Method:

  1. In a blender add chopped strawberries with fresh orange juice.
  2. Blend everything until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle crushed black pepper on top. Enjoy delicious and quick smoothie.
