SunGold Kiwi

In this recipe, I used yellow kiwi or Sungold kiwi. They are yellow from inside and naturally rich in fiber, has a good source of potassium and a natural source of folate. One Zespri SunGold kiwifruit provides a generous hit of the vitamin C which helps to strengthen the body’s natural defenses.
