Healthy Breakfast Bowl – Nutty Fruit Salad

Mix Fruit in a bowl is a quick and colorful salad which is easy and tasty. You can add all your favorite fruits. Mix up with tangy fresh orange juice, walnuts, pistachios roasted sesame, and flaxseeds.

Healthy Fruit Bowl

Healthy Breakfast Bowl – Nutty Fruit Salad

Ingredients :
Chopped Fruits – 2 cups
(Muskmelon, Papaya, Kiwi, Green Grapes, Black Grapes, Pomegranate or any fruit of your choice)
Chopped Walnuts & Pistachios – 1/4 cup
Roasted Sesame & Flaxseeds – 1 tbsp Each
Juice of One Orange
Salt to taste

Method :

  1. In a bowl add all chopped fruits and add fresh orange juice with salt. Mix them well.
  2. Put all tossed fruits in a serving bowl and sprinkle nuts, roasted sesame, and flaxseeds.
