Cucumber Boondi Pomegranate Raita

Raita is one the most commonly made side to go with a dry sabzi or pulao. Raita is made of yogurt mix with mild spices and your favorite vegetables or fruit.

Yummy Raita

Here are some delicious Different Types of Raita recipe:

  1. Calcium Rich Fruit Raita
  2. Makhane Ka Raita
  3. Oats Cucumber Raita

Ingredients :

Curd – 2 cups
Cucumber ( grated ) – 1/2 cup
Boondi – 1/2 cup
Pomegranate – 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Roasted cumin – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste


Method :

  1. Combine the curds, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, chopped coriander leaves and salt in a deep bowl, whisk well and keep aside.
  2. Add the grated cucumber, boondi, and pomegranate and mix well.
  3. Garnish with pomegranate and sprinkle some roasted cumin powder. Serve immediately.
