Raita is one the most commonly made side to go with a dry sabzi or pulao. Raita is made of yogurt mix with mild spices and your favorite vegetables or fruit.

Curd – 2 cups
Cucumber ( grated ) – 1/2 cup
Boondi – 1/2 cup
Pomegranate – 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Roasted cumin – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
- Combine the curds, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, chopped coriander leaves and salt in a deep bowl, whisk well and keep aside.
- Add the grated cucumber, boondi, and pomegranate and mix well.
- Garnish with pomegranate and sprinkle some roasted cumin powder. Serve immediately.
