Tangy Green Salad Bowl – Healthy Salad

Green vegetables and fruits are great foods with a wide variety of nutrients, especially nutrient dense dark green fruits and veggies. Green fruits and veggies contain calcium, dietary fiber, antioxidants and a variety of vitamins.

Tangy Green Salad Bowl is healthy evening salad recipe. It tastes amazing with the tangy dressing made with the fresh juice of Mosambi or sweet lime and green garlic chutney.

Tangy Dressing

Ingredients:

Cucumber – 1 small
Kiwi – 1
Green Apple – 1
Guava – 1
Pear – 1
Sliced Pistachios – 6

For tangy dressing :
Juice of one Mosambi (Sweet lime)
Garlic Green Chilli Chutney – 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Slice all fruits and vegetable lengthwise.
  2. Mix garlic green chili chutney with the juice of Mosambi (sweet lime). Tangy dressing is ready.
  3. Now mix tangy dressing with sliced fruits and vegetable. Toss with sliced pistachios and Enjoy !!!!!!!
