Cinnamon Apple Walnuts Oatmeal – Pre Workout Meal
Oats – 1/2 cup
Water – 1 cup
Cinnamon powder – 1/2 tsp
Apple – 1 (chopped apple with skin)
Chopped Walnuts – 2 tbsp
- Combine chopped apple. water, oats in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over high heat and add cinnamon.
- Then reduce to low and simmer until thick, about 3-5 minutes.
- Take out in a bowl sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and chopped walnuts. Enjoy !!!
