CCF tea means Cumin, Coriander, and Fennel Tea. It is a traditional Ayurvedic remedy. The three herbs are boiled to create a deliciously nurturing and digestively tea.
It is low in calorie and also beneficial for improving metabolism in the body.
Recipe for CCF tea is very simple.
For 2 cups:
Homemade CCF tea – 2 tsp
Water – 2 & 1/2 cups
Boil 2 & 1/2 cups in a deep pan with 2 tsp of CCF tea. Let it boil for 5 minutes on low flame and it’s ready.
Strain and enjoy.
