Coriander leaves are such integral part of Indian cuisine. It is used as a seasoning in curries, salads, and soup.

Here is the tip – How to store coriander leaves for weeks without turning into black?

Clean the coriander leaves and wash under running water. Let them soak for five to ten minutes. Let them dry over a colander for few minutes.

Now spread leaves over kitchen tissue to dry. If required, put it under a fan.

Divide the coriander leaves into small bunches and then store one portion each in separate kitchen towels.

Keep the packets wrapped in a kitchen towel in zip lock bags.

Store in the refrigerator. Take out each packet and use it as required.
