Aam Panna or Raw Green Mango Cooler
Aam Panna is a tangy summer drink made with raw mango, sugar, and with few spices. Aam Panna is a great remedy for heat stroke and dehydration. It is packed with vitamins too.
Raw Green Mango
Raw mango – 2 medium size
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Mint leaves – 14
Cold water – 3 cups
Spices –
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Black salt – 1 tsp
Soaked fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Summer Cooler
Put 1 cup of water in a pressure cooker and cook raw green mangoes for 2-3 whistles until soft and tender. Or put raw mango in a microwave safe bowl and high power raw mango for 3-4 minutes until its soft.
Pressure cook the raw green mango
Take out the boiled raw mango and allow it cool down completely. Then squeeze out the pulp and discard the skin.
Boiled Raw Mango
Now mix the pulp with mint leaves, spices, sugar in a grinder and make a smooth paste. Now add water and again grind it with grounded raw mango and spices pulp.

Raw mango summer drink is ready. Pour into glass and add ice cubes. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
