Very Quick Evening Snack – Tikkis with leftover Rava Uttapam
Tikki with leftover sooji uttapam is an easy and quick evening snack recipe.
Crumbled Rava Uttapam – 4
Bread – 4
Oil for shallow frying
Mix above ingredients and make a soft dough.
Shape them into tikki. Heat a tava and add a little oil. Shallow fry the tikki from both the sides till golden brown.
Serve with hot tea.
Soak the slice of bread in water. Squeeze out the water from the bread completely. Mash the bread. Add this mashed bread pulp to the Tikki dough.
You can also make poha with leftover rava uttapam.
