Moong Daal Upma with Leftover Moong Daal Uttapam

Quick Evening Snack – Upma with leftover moong daal uttapam 

This an amazing evening snack recipe made with leftover moong daal uttapam.

Protein Rich Uttapam

Ingredients :
Crumbled leftover moong daal uttapam – 4
Finely chopped onion – 1
Mustard seeds or rai – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Roasted & crushed peanuts- 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Juice of one lemon
Salt to taste

Method :
Heat a pan add oil. Now add mustard seeds allow them to pop. Then add onions and cook for 2-3 minute.

Healthy Evening Snack

Add salt, chaat masala, peanuts, lime juice, and salt.
Cook for a minute on a medium flame for 1 minute. Serve hot with tea.
