Beat the heat with Summer Fruit Popsicles
Mango Kiwi Popsicles are made with ripe mangoes and kiwi.
Mango – 1 Big
Kiwi – 1 ( thinly sliced )
Ice cream molds
Sugar – 2 tbsp ( optional )
Blend the mangoes with sugar in a blender or until pureed.
Out one spoon each mango purée in each mold then place the sliced kiwi into the molds.
Then pour the remaining mango purée on it. Now tap the mold.
Freeze them for 6 hours.
Demold the popsicles and serve chilled.
Tip: Use ripe fruits.
