Bread Spicy Kebabs with the Leftover Bread
This Bread Spicy Kebab is a perfect evening snack made with leftover bread, potatoes and lots of spices. These kebabs are crispy from outside and moist, spicy from inside.
I made these kebabs with very little oil instead of deep frying.
Brown bread – 6
( Bread dipped in water and then squeezed completely of the water )
Boiled and Mashed Potato – 2
Finely chopped Onions – 1 big
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Roasted Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Chopped Green chilies – 2 tbsp
Roasted & crushed peanuts – 4 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Sooji – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Mix all above ingredients together and make a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Now shape them into kebabs and shallow fry them.
Serve hot with fresh coriander chutney and tea.
