Leftover Chapatti Churma Ladoo
Make this delicious and wholesome dessert with leftover chapatti. It is healthy and very easy to make with few ingredients.
Leftover chapattis – 4
Grated jaggery – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Chopped dry fruits – 1/2 cup
Roasted Fennel powder – 1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Crushed Roasted Peanuts – 3 tbsp
A pinch of salt
- Roast leftover chapattis on low heat with little ghee. Roast them till crispy.
- Grind roasted chapatis in a blender and add rest all other ingredients. Grind them only for 1 or 2 times ( it helps the mixture to bind laddoos).
- Now make a round shape laddoo.
Best After Dinner Sweet Treat is ready.
