Healthy Yellow Moong Daal Poha by using Leftover Moong Daal Dhokla.
Great evening snack
Leftover Moong dal dhokla – 1 cup ( crumbled )
Onion – 1 ( chopped )
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chili – 2 ( chopped )
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Roasted Peanuts – 2 tbsp
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Now add onion and cook for 5 mins.
- Now add salt, turmeric, coriander powder, green chili and cook for 1 minute.
- Add crumbled Moong Daal Dhokla and mix well.
- Finally, add lemon juice and roasted peanuts. Serve with boondi lassi.
