Paneer Dry Fruits Cutlet

Made with fresh paneer, coriander and stuffed with rich dry fruits. Paneer is mostly liked by all the people as it is very easy to prepare and digest including the richest source of healthy nutrients.

Paneer – High Protein Food

Dry fruits have optimal levels of vitamins and minerals. The combination of paneer with dry fruits make this cutlet best for an evening snack.

Dry Fruits

Ingredients:

For Cutlet:
Crumbled Paneer – 1 Cup
Bread* – 1
Sooji or Rava – 2 tbsp
Chopped green chilies – 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 4 tbsp
Oil for cooking

For stuffing:
Mix Dry Fruits – 1/2 cup
( Raisins, Cashews, and Walnuts)

Method :

  1. Mix all above ingredients ( Cutlet ) and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Divide the mixture into small portions and stuffed with dry fruits mixture. Shape them into a cutlet.
  3. Heat a little oil on a tava and place the cutlets. Shallow fry them from both the sides.

Sprinkle chaat masala over it.

Serve them with chutney.

Tip:

* Soak the slice of bread in water. Squeeze out the water from the bread completely. Mash the bread. Add this mashed bread pulp to the cutlet dough.
