It is nutritious sabzi made with mooli or radish leaves. Radish is a great source of iron and minerals. Serve this yummy sabzi with plain paratha or hot soft pulka.
Radish chopped – 1 cup
Radish leaves – 2 cups
Ajwain or carom – 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped Green chili – 2 Finely
Chopped Garlic – 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Mustard oil – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan, add ajwain or carom when it splutters, add green chili and garlic. Saute for a minute.
Then add chopped radish, radish leaves, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and saute for a few minutes. Keep stirring in between for even cooking. Cook till the mixture becomes dry.
