Beetroot Carrot Sabzi – is a perfect recipe for lunch or dinner. It’s quick, nutritious combination of beetroot and carrot. Beetroots are rich in nutrients that help to boost your immune system and can produce new blood cells.
Beetroot* – 1 big
Peas* – 1/2 cup
Carrot* – 2 medium size
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Sabzi masala – 1 tsp
Amchur Powder – 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped onion- 1 big
Finely chopped garlic – 5
Finely chopped ginger – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly – 1
Salt to taste
Few Finely chopped coriander leaves
Heat Oil in a pan on medium heat and add Cumin. Allow them to sizzle.
Add chopped onion and saute for 3 minutes. Then add garlic and ginger. Saute for 5 mins. Add coriander powder, sabzi masala, green chilies and add boiled Carrot and Beetroot. Mix well. Cook for 2 mins in high flame.
Now add boiled pea and Amchur powder. Cook on high flame for another 3-4 minutes ( stir continuously)
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Yummy Sabzi is ready to serve.
*Put chopped carrot and beetroot in a microwave-safe bowl and add 1/2 cup of water. Cover it and microwave high power for 10 mins.
*Boil pea in a saucepan with 1/2 cup of water.
*Add Boiled peas in the last.
