Sweet Corn Dosa With Capsicum is a yummy and quick breakfast recipe made with sweet corn and capsicum.
Fresh corns ( boiled ) – 1 cup
Besan or gram flour – 3 tbsp
Curd – 1/4 cup
Chopped coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
Green chilies – 2 ( chopped )
Chopped capsicum – 1big
Salt to taste
Grind boiled sweet corns with curd, besan, green chili, coriander leaves, salt and make a smooth batter. Now add chopped capsicum and mix well.
Heat the pan and spread the little oil. Now pour a spoonful of batter at the middle and spread it with the back of a spoon. Smear a little oil around the edges and cook on a medium flame till the dosa turns light brown in color from both the sides.
Serve hot with mix grapes chutney.
* Flip dosa very carefully.
