This is very easy and tasty chutney made with sesame seeds and coriander leaves which are also known as”Til”. The sesame seeds are naturally rich in calcium. They are also a rich source of minerals like copper and manganese. This chutney pairs very well with idlis, dosa or even parathas or pakoras.
Calcium Rich Dip: Sesame-Coriander Chutney
Lightly roasted sesame seeds – 1 cup
Clean and chopped coriander leaves – 1 cup
Green chilly- 3
Juice of lemon – 1
Salt to taste
Grind all the above ingredients with 1/4 cup of water until smooth.
Sesame coriander seeds chutney is ready to enjoy.
