Amla Garlic Chutney – Vitamic C Rich Chutney

Amla which is also known as Indian Gooseberry. It’s a potent source of Vitamin C and also contains iron and calcium. This chutney is very easy to make and it goes well with paratha, pakoras or sandwiches.


Ingredients of Chutney

Yummy Tangy Vitamin C Rich Chutney

Amla Garlic Chutney

Ingredients :
Raw Amla Deseed – 250 gms
Chopped Garlic – 5
Green chili – 3
Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp
Olive oil – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste


Chutney in Making

Method :

Heat olive oil in a pan and add methi dana and roast for 15 seconds. Now add chopped garlic, green chilli, chopped amla, salt and cook for 2 -3 minutes.


Amla Garlic Chutney

Now cool the mixture and grind into fine paste.

Enjoy delicious Amla Chutney with stuffed parathas.
