Mushroom With Tri Capsicum: Quick Lunch or Dinner Recipe
Washed, cleaned, sliced mushrooms – 200 grams
Chopped Tri-Color Capsicum – 1 cup
Finely chopped onion – 2 Big
Finely chopped coriander – 1/4 cup
Finely chopped green chilly – 1
Finely chopped ginger – 1 inch
Finely chopped garlic – 3
Channa masala – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cinnamon – 1/2 inch stick
Cloves – 2
Crushed Black pepper – 3
Broken Badi illachi – 1
- Boil mushrooms with 1/2 cup of water for 6 – 10 minutes. Drain water and keep them aside.
- Heat oil in a pan then add garam masala ingredients and then after a min add onions cook until translucent.
- Then add garlic and ginger cook for a min. Add channa masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder and cook for a minute.
4. Add Tri-Color Capsicum and cook for 10 minutes. When capsicum is done add boiled
mushroom, green chilly and cook for 5 minutes (covered ).
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot parathas and chapatis.
