Healthy Whole Wheat Gur is made with whole wheat and jaggery as main ingredients. It’s very easy, quick and tastes delicious and healthy too.
Whole Wheat Flour – 1 cup ( roasted )
Chopped Dry fruits ( Cashews, Walnuts, Pista ) – 1 cup (finely chopped)
Roasted Makhana – 1 cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Raisins – 1/2 cup
Jaggery – 1 cup ( powdered or grated )
- Heat ghee in a nonstick pan and roast whole wheat flour till golden brown.
- Meanwhile, grind the dry fruits and roasted makhana in a food processor ( you can use chopped dry fruits too).
- Now grind raisins and jaggery together ( this mixture will act as a binding agent ).
Now add dry fruits and warm roasted whole wheat flour and grind for 20 seconds.
Transfer mixture into a big bowl and make Ladoos and store in an airtight container.
