Healthy Way  To Start Your Day – Daliya or Porridge Smoothie

Broken wheat is made from whole wheat berries, it carries a great deal of nutrition and fibre, since it includes the outer bran and germ of the wheat. It is also a good source of iron, magnesium, and phosphorus.

Daliya Smoothie is a perfect breakfast recipe which is wholesome, filling and full of fibre.

Ingredients :
Cooked Dailya  or Porridge – 1 cup
Mix fruit bowl – 1 and 1/2 cups
( Mango, Bananas, Cherry, Apricot or any fruit of your choice )
Dry fruits- 1/4 cup
Cold milk – 1 cup
Cherry for garnish

Daliya or Porridge

Method :
Blend cooked Daliya,  dry fruits and mix fruits with 1 cup of cold milk until smooth.
Garnish with cherry.
Enjoy quick, easy breakfast.

Daliya Smoothie

Tips :

*Cooked Daliya;
Cook 1/2 cup of daliya with 1 cup of water for 3 mins. Now add 3/4 cup of milk and cook for another 3 mins.
Let it cool before grinding.
