Fruit Oats Smoothie
Cooked oats* – 1 cup
Mix fruits bowl – 1 and 1/2 cups
( Mango, Bananas, Cherry, Apricot or any fruit of your choice )
Dry fruits – 1/4 cup
Cold milk – 1 cup
Pomegranate for garnish
Blend cooked oats with mix fruit with 1 cup of cold milk until smooth.
Garnish with cherry and pomegranate.
Enjoy quick, easy breakfast.
Cook 1/2 cup of oats in 1/2 cup of water for 3 mins. Now add 1/4 cup of milk and cook for another 3 mins.
Let it cool before grinding.
