Sesame Garlic Chutney- Calcium Rich Dip

This is very easy and tasty chutney made with sesame seeds which are also known as”Til”. The sesame seeds are naturally rich in calcium. They are also a rich source of minerals like copper and manganese. This chutney pairs very well with idlis, dosa or even parathas or pakoras.


Ingredients of Calcium Dip

Easy Quick Healthy Tasty Dip

Sesame Garlic Dip – Calcium Rich Dip

Ingredients :
Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
Garlic – 7
Green chilies – 2
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Juice of one lemon
Salt – to taste


Sesame Garlic Dip


  1. Soak sesame seeds in 1 cup of warm water for 1 hour or soaked overnight.
  2. Now grind soaked sesame seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, green chilies, juice of one lemon and salt to a smooth paste with 1/4 cup of water.

Tangy Sesame Garlic Dip is ready to serve.
