How to make Green Cardamom Powder ?
Elaichi or green cardamom is one of the most common spices seen in an Indian cooking.
It is used in Indian sweet dishes like kheer or besan barfi,ice creams, and hot masala milk. It adds flavor and aroma to many rice dishes and vegetables. Best used as a traditional flavoring in tea ( My Fav ).

How to make powder?
Grind them coarsely. Now take out the skin ( Mixed skin into tea leaves, to give a faint fragrance to the tea ) and save seeds. Now grind seeds. While grinding add one tbsp of sugar (for 1 cup of cardamom pods add 1 tbsp of sugar ). Then grind them finely or coarsely.
How to Store?
Store in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place.
You can make it in a bulk. A small amount of it can be stored in a bottle for daily use and the rest can be kept in a refrigerator.
It is best used within three months.
