A warm toast with homemade peanut butter. A perfect way to start a day. Peanut butter is a great source of protein, potassium and healthy fats. This homemade peanut butter is delicious and it is super easy. It takes a few minutes to transform whole peanuts into warm and creamy, delicious homemade peanut butter.
Perfect Breakfast Spread: Homemade Peanut Butter
Roasted Whole Peanuts ( without skin ) – 1 cup
Brown sugar or gur – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Olive Oil – 1 tsp
- Take peanuts in a blender, powder them into a powder ( reserve 2 tbsp peanut powder for making crunchy peanut butter ).
- Continue blending till it becomes smooth and creamy. Now add brown sugar or jaggery, salt, oil and blend until smooth.
- Creamy Smooth Homemade Peanut Butter is Ready.
For Crunchy Peanut Butter:
Add reserved 2 tbsp of crushed peanuts in plain peanut butter and mix well.
Allow to cool down completely and transfer to a clean, dry glass container.
It will last for 2 weeks if stored in the refrigerator.
Keep butter in the refrigerator after every use. Use a clean and dry spoon.
Skip the Salt, Sugar and the Oil if you have any diet restrictions.
