Tangy Orange Grapes Chutney – Fruit Dip

Yummy Healthy Chutney
Tangy Orange Grapes Chutney is amazing fruit chutney. It’s very easy and quick.
It’s one my favorite chutney – It has the sweetness of oranges and little sourness of grapes.
You can enjoy this delicious chutney with hot parathas or with any kind of chaats.


Ingredients :
Orange – 3
Red Grapes ( Deseeded ) – 1/2 cup
Kishmish or Raisins – 1/4 cup

Sugar – 5 tbsp
Water – 1/2 cup

Spices :
Roasted Cumin  – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste



Orange Grapes Chutney

Method :

  1. Peel orange and separate its pulp. Now add orange pulp, red grapes, raisins in a saucepan with 1/2 cup of water. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes (covered).
  2. Put all spices and sugar. Cook chutney on low flame till to right and little thick consistency.
  3. Keep aside and let it cool. Grind it into smooth paste and store in a glass jar.

Tip :
*You can have the consistency of the sweet chutney as per your choice. Simply alter the amount of water and make the chutney thin or thick as per your choice.

*Instead of red grapes you can use green grapes also.
